Hand and Stone

I originally booked a massage, I arrived early as told to fill out forms. I then waited for my appointment, only to be told that my therapist was not coming in, so they offered me a facial instead, which was very nice, but not what I came to the salon for. I might give it another chance, time will tell.

The massage and therapist were great. When I arrived I was told the prices had gone up by$10.00 even though I received my gift card only 2 months ago. I think the price it was when gift card purchased should have been honored.

I enjoyed this massage very much so I’m not sure why I was given this question.

Getting juggled between therapists. Not enough employees to have reasonable availability. Booking online has different availability that when I call for an appt. More available when I call. Still not very good when I call and can't get in for 2 weeks. Especially when having an issue that a massage is a need rather than a want. Cant always predict when you will need some "tweaking"

I don't like how guest's are supposed to wear masks but the front desk doesn't...everyone should wear a mask or no one should wear a mask. I always feel short changed on time like it's a 40-45 minute appointment instead of 50-60 minute appointment. Victoria is great though. The front desk should state their vaccinated and also show their proof of vaccination.

Highly satisfied to me means it was life changing. It was still good. This is no fault of the therapist or anyone who works there, but I would've appreciated more clear instructions that I should bring my vaccination card with me.

I was scheduled for a 60 mn facial. It was actually only 45 min. It took a long time for the esthetician to return to the room to start the facial. I paid for 60 mn and got 45. That aggravates me.

The receptionist was not very friendly. Instead of greeting me and stating she would be with me in a moment she just ignored me. She was booking with a couple that was taking an extremely long time. Which is okay, but check in the customer who is waiting for their service and then return to those other customers. I also felt uncomfortable when she was pressing about the monthly service. Loved my facial though!

Everything was good. Products felt soothing on my face by my nose where I have flare ups.

The extra 15. Foot scrub was not what I was expecting. Last about 5 minutes. And that time was included with my massage
