I was unable to book a service on the internet. I had to leave a phone number and then wait for someone to call me back. Also the room I was in (5) had no hooks to hang my clothes.

I was a brand new customer never having a facial. My daughter gifted this to me and I still had to pay extra. I am on a fixed income.I consider this a luxury and will not be able to contribute after my next appointment which was also gifted to me by my daughter.

It was a very good massage and my therapist was very knowledgeable, friendly etc - I had asked for a little extra time on a certain part of my body and I do not think she focused on that area - Very pleasant experience I walked out of there very relaxed

I was definitely satisfied, but hoped to learn more about how to take care of my skin at home. I have had another facial at this location in May, and enjoyed this one more, so I will return to Haven in the future.

There is always room for improvements. I don’t feel that the lobby reception area was anything spectacular but the place was clean, organiized appearing and the energy felt good

The last few times I had scheduled a 50 min massage from the time the consult ended with the therapist to the end of the massage was not 50 mins. More like 40 mins. Example 5pm appt start massaging at 5:10, I was dressed and at the counter to checkout at 5:50.

The appointment is supposed to be 50 minutes and more time is wasted on checking in and trying to talk us into add-on or buy ups. Also had asked for more time on back but lower back was not addressed at all during visit. I would prefer to select pre-determine if add ons are required and not deduct that time from getting the actual service.

The guests in the lobby were extremely loud and I had a headache. I was told one of the gift cards being used for my fee had not been credited because the person forgot to swipe it when my husband came in to purchase it.
