Hand and Stone

The massage is supposed to be an hour, I didn't get called back until 2pm which was the time of my appointment and then the massage didn't actually start until 2:10pm and it was over at 2:54pm. I would have enjoyed those extra minutes, the end of the massage felt a bit rushed. I also really enjoy wiping down with the warm towel and that was not an option.

My usual massage therapist was not available, decided to schedule with someone new and it was not as relaxing as it usually is. They would alternate between not enough pressure and too much pressure, not enough consistency.

The only thing I was somewhat dissatisfied with was the check out. The person checking me out appeared to be new, and I'm not certain I was charged correctly. I will check my credit card statement and call if anything is wrong.

I love the aesthetician I work with. She remembers the things I’m trying to work on for my wedding. I also appreciate the Masseuse as she listens thoroughly to why I am there and needing a massage.

No room for improvement on your part if I give you the highest rating

I don't feel the receptionists are experienced to be the front line facing to the customers. I feel rushed when arriving and when checking out.

The only thing is I thought I paid for all of my services online but apparently only my first one was paid for theny card is just kept on file. Which I find pointless.

I have extremely high standards and expectations. I believe a smile goes a long way at all times. Keeping mine & their mask on.

My appointment did not start on time and the massage therapist talked a lot during the massage when silence was what I wanted

The massage therapist asked me appp 5 times during the massage how I was feeling, and I found that annoying. I wish the room could have been dimmer, it would be nice to offer a room darkening aromatherapy eye mask.
