Hand and Stone

I felt like my facial was more of a sales pitch than a relaxation experience. It was also only 40 minutes long and did not target my skin areas that I wanted to address.

Both times felt like an average massage. This last time I didn’t get full 50 minutes. I feel like an add on should feel like something special. I added on. Massage started at 3:09 and I was dressing before the click hit 3:50

I called multiple times trying to make an appointment and I kept being put on hold and never came back to the phone and was hung up on. Very difficult to make appointments.

Manager walked thru waiting area did not greet clients went to her office nose up Hard sell for monthly services before leaving by reception staff Aesthetician sold me an upgrade after skin analysis. Should have been mentioned prior that this could occur

My usual massage therapist provides me with a towel at the end of the appointment. This was not provided. But I also noticed that the table had a heating element t, which I have not had before so I did enjoy that.

Arrived 15 minutes early and had check-in completed right away, but my individual therapist did not come get me until 15 minutes after start time. According to clock in the room, the massage did not start until 20 minutes after appointment time and then ended approximately 45 minutes later instead of the alloted 50 minutes. However, the massage that I did receive was very good and definitely personalized based on my requests.

I went last night for my massage, and I will definitely go back to the gentleman that did my massage. Helped my terribly sore spots and used the pressure needed and knew the spots to help the pain. Price is high for people like myself by the time you give a nice tip. I have told my friends about Hand and Stone and the membership. I am going to remain in the membership for as long as I can. Thank you!

I had never met m therapist.... she did not introduce herself

1) sometimes long wait at end to leave too and book next appointment. 2) massage therapist wasn’t informed by front desk that I have a parental booked, so room wasn’t set up for a prenatal massage 3) it would be nice to have a separate waiting room when waiting for treatment, versus looking at products/paying/walking in
