There was a fan running in the massage room which made the relaxing music hard to hear.

I was overcharged for the facial that was advertised for a certain price as a special for January. Called location 3 times with no success to reach manager to adjust for correct prices. Still waiting to get an adjustment

I did like the esthetician that did my facial, but I just feel like she didn’t take much time in telling me about a skin care regimen and how to keep up with making my skin feel better.

I made an appointment for a massage and a facial and I got my facial but instead of getting a robe and slippers to go to my massage I went to the front and had to wait up there and then went to my massage and it kind of ruined the whole experience because I wasn’t able to stay relaxed and enjoy the whole process because I had to get fully dressed again and then go to my massage and get undressed. It just disrupted the whole spa day process because I didn’t get the robe and slippers that I was supposed to since I was getting two services.

It was a great experience but frustrating that when confirming my appointment that I was told it was reschedule for an hour as opposed to an hour and half, but when I went to check out I realized I got the 1 1/2 hour massage so I was asked to pay for it. After explaining the issue the receptionist kindly removed the upgrade from my profile, but I felt bad about what happened since I received the service. The booking/scheduling and confirmation system kind of sucks but that’s the only thing. I hate after I confirm my appointment I get multiple texts emails and sometimes calls reconfirming again my appointment that I already confirmed.

The girl in the front took my boyfriend’s temperature but not mine. They could not find me in the system as a member even though they called me to book the appointment. They gave me all of the new paperwork to fill out even though I’ve been there 3 separate times. They could not explain why they couldn’t find me in the system or find my previous paperwork. My massage was great, as was the therapist, but the entire time I was in my massage all you could hear were slamming doors. I’ve been here before and it’s been quiet. Not sure what has changed.

The massage was fine. I know every massage therapist is different. I expressed I needed more attention on my UPP er body and neck. I felt the neck area was addressed very little. I felt amazing overall. Just wished there was more attention to my neck area.

Do to covid I needed to wear a mask. So some of the facial options are unavailable now keeping everyone safe. Nothing to do with this location. This has to do with restrictions manidated for safety.

I was very satisfied with everything. I did request my massage therapist to work more on my shoulders and lower back but feel that more could have been done to relieve the pain. I did feel good afterwards so I was satisfied but really wish more time was spent on the spots that hurt. I will definitely go back again.

Actual massage was average, applied stones that were too hot.
