I was not able to book a facial after my massage appointment there was no available time slots for it in the online booking.

The therapist applied too much pressure even after told it was too hard. Was not able to relax and was sore because of the pressure applied.

My neck was the problem area . the back of the neck ,not delt with to my satifaction. Other areas where fine

It was my first visit, I’ll be able to gauge better as I visit more often

I felt that the therapist was rough. Not as friendly as the first time I was there.

I was very satisfied.

The facial and esthetician were amazing, I have no complaints. The massage room was cold, even with the bed warmer on it was still fairly cold in the room. The massage therapist was extremely nice and professional, the massage itself just didn’t relieve any of the pain I was having, my neck and back were actually hurting more throughout the rest of my day and into the next day. Facial was great, massage not so much.

I do NOT like paying for a massage and the therapist coming into the room at 10 minutes after the appt scheduled. Pay an hour treatment. Want the full hour Don't cheat us on the time of a treatment

I was recommend a product by the first skin therapist I saw that wasn't available the first time around. It was not available this time either. I didn't recall the name of it to ask so its possible im not remembering correctly though.

The music played was too upbeat and slightly too loud. It did not help me relax. The massage therapist did not explain to me what products were being used- if it was oil or lotion. I did not feel greasy afterwards but not sure enough product was used.
