I am so glad I booked my facial here! Savana was super friendly and very skilled and I could see a huge difference as my skin was rejuvenated. I am on vacation from out of town, or else I would have already booked my next appointment! I will definitely come and book again every time I come to Illinois.

The location at Shorewood,IL has the best staff so far for Hand and Stone locations. Other locations need to work on who they hire as an employee because they don’t know how to do their job.

Demika is extremely knowledgeable. She is takes time to give tips on things to do to help relieve tension. She is professional and one of the best MTs that I have seen

My facial was stellar. Jessie was kind, patient, knowledgeable and met the needs of my aging skin and did not push products on me. She is truly concerned with performing an amazing facial and caring for her customer. She has a peaceful demeanor and add to the serenity of the spa atmosphere that I am looking for in an aesthetician. I can not be more pleased.

I was able to relax. I was having difficulty with my neck and the salt stones helped considerably. I am able to move my neck from side to side. The receptionist recommended the salt stones.
