Jessie my esthetician was very helpful. I have sensitive eczema prone skin and she was knowledgeable and helpful. My skin felt and looked amazing

I was overdue for a massage and used to go down the street to ME. I was excited to see another option that offered other services that ME did not. I took a beating (for the better) at my first massage which convinced me to become a member to take care of myself better.

I have only had positive experiences with your staff, they are all so friendly. They are also very knowledgeable on products and are great at giving suggestions. The area is so clean and calming as well

I have always been afraid of getting facials due to me being clostraphobic. I discussed my concerns w/the receptionist and esthetician. They both assured me I'd be all good that she would not be in my face. I was SOOOOOO surprised at how relaxed I was I ACTUALLY FELL ASLEEP!!!!!. I will definitely do it again!!!!

The only problem I had was I referred my dad and made him an appointment. He did a profile online and went for his appt. They said he’d be with Marcus and had him sit. He fell asleep for 30 min and someone woke him up saying he didn’t have an appt. He was super embarrassed and now won’t return. It could have been handle better. I don’t know what happen bc he has been there before and I set up the appointment. If he didn’t have an appointment why did they who his therapist was and why did they wait so long to tell him. I’m embarrassed for him. Total failure.

Booking is very easy and the receptionists are always very kind over the phone. My massage therapist listened to the pressure I like and did a great job adjusting to what I asked.
