I think Michelle K is great. She focuses on the areas I would like addressed and her massages are consistent.

This was my first time at this location and i was extremely impressed! The whole place was clean and comfortable. The decor was beautiful yet subtle. Every employee i encountered was happy and cheerful. My therapist was Michelle and she was amazing! Super friendly, her pressure was consistent, and i left feeling extremely relaxed. I signed up for the membership and can't wait to be back!

I have seen Jeffery several times and he has used different techniques every time. I feel like he adjusts the technique and pressure to the specific problems I mention and he feels. I always leave him feeling cared for and relaxed.

My last appointment was canceled due to the massage therapist having an emergency. That was definitely frustrating since I have a newborn and a 2 year old so I can’t reschedule easily. But the employees were apologetic and offered me an upgrade with my next appointment which I really appreciated. Everyone is very friendly and I appreciate how much they care when things like that go wrong (I didn’t get that same care at massage envy). I was actually wondering if I would keep my H&S membership simply due to the cost but at my last appointment I had Chelley who was amazing!!! She listened to what I wanted to focus on and my back pain was so much better afterward. She did an amazing job and I will 100% be keeping my membership and going to her again.

I came in with my boyfriend, from the beginning I was ver satisfied with the ambiance and friendliness of the Front desk lady. I saw Ashley and my boyfriend saw Michelle and we were both very happy with the massage experience and were instantly relieved after our service. We both work in physical jobs so this was highly needed! Will be coming back to this location soon!
