Staff was friendly and professional. I appreciate that my massage therapist Ashley listened to my areas of concern and focused and bringing relief to the pain/discomfort I was feeling. Would highly recommend her!

Michelle K specifically asked what I wanted to work on. She found the kinks and stayed focus where most needed. My previous massage experience was not good. Although I joined at Oswego, bc of the amazing facial, I will only get massages at Shorewood.

I have had microdermabrasion's before but, never w/a facial...Yes, it was extra BUT, I can honestly say I never had a facial w/massaging to the face or shoulders w/alittle of neck area! I am very satified!! Most of all it was reasonability priced!

I like hand and stone it was nice to be given a little gift for celebrating one year. The receptionists are always pleasant and so is the massage therapist. I don’t like that the prices have gone up since I became a member and I hear they are going up more later this year. I like that you can build rewards too.

Walking in was calming and really set the mood for a great service! The staff was friendly and very helpful. I got both a facial and massage and it was well worth the money.

Always feel welcomed when I enter & relaxed when leaving. The massage therapist does such a great & professional job. Hands down the best massage place around!

Heaven listened to my concerns and addressed them. She offered recommendations and we discussed treatment options. I was satisfied with the outcome and will most likely reschedule a follow up appointment.

Marcus did a great job. He was very nice and checked in on me often to make sure I was doing well. The music played during my massage was very relaxing and reminded me of Disney's animal kingdom. I originally booked my massage because it was the only place I could get into last minute. I am happy I was able to purchase a membership also. I will be back :)
