The music can use a change. It was loud and distracting at time (even after the volume was turned down)

Had a great first time experience at Hand and stone. It was my first facial and Victoria was amazing, thoroughly explaining the entire process and providing me with great takeaways and product suggestions, including the Dermologica multivitamin power firm I purchased on the way out. Front desk was also extremely welcoming and very helpful in understanding the loyalty program. I will definitely be returning soon! :)

VICTORIA is the reason I keep coming back. She is wonderful. If you keep the sale prices going I will continue my membership. Otherwise, too pricey for me. =-(
