I’m actually tired of filling out that form about being touched having lights turned down yada yada yada I don’t find it necessary once or twice a month to fill out the same form. Why can’t we do this every every six months Year

It was my first massage so I wasn’t comfortable at the get go. My massage therapist was good but I got too relaxed and got uncomfortable.

No relaxation rooms available. Rooms are small and cramped. No options of scented lotions.

It was my first time there and I had specifically scheduled a facial peel bc I was off work for 3 days however first time visitors cannot get a peel. Even though I understand this precaution would’ve been nice to know ahead of time bc I was able to book it online. Was frustrated during appt bc of it…my girl was very nice but again I was just annoyed I was unaware of the policy prior to the session

I AM usually satisfied with H&S Highly Satisfied to me is perfect and I dont just hand those out. I just wish we received an hour service not 45 minutes, that’s disappointing.

My therapist was amazing. The receptionist did not cxl my facial appt. When she said she did. She also told me she would put me on the list to have mgr. call me to freeze my account.
