In the lobby they had space heaters which was awkward, to stay warm while waiting in lobby you better of sat by one. And just the professional of employees was not up to my standards. They seemed like they needed more help at front desk

It’s sad when you sign up at another location and move to another location everything has to be done at that other location. I was sad this last time because my app showed me I had my promotion free massage, but ended up having to pay for it because I was a few days short supposedly. So I was dissatisfied that I had to pay full price knowing I had one according to the app.

The receptionist was confused with packaging and pricing and made me feel scammed. Was originally told $750 and that my first time was part of the package then paid for first service then 5 more.

The problem I have is with me having to sign a form agreeing to a gluteal massage every time I come. As a weekly customer it is increasingly annoying to be asked the same questions over and over. This puts me off when you don't just add the form to my file and do it annually. It's highly unlikely that I am going to change my answers from week to week.

I booked a clarity facial and the products she recommended me to use were Dermelogica. Which makes me believe I received a Dermalogica facial instead of the Clarity one I wanted. That's all.

As already stated, there should be point rewards available to utilize during pregnancy. I.e. aromatherapy upgrade. Otherwise I accumulate rewards but can’t use them. Also haven’t heard from a manager yet about putting my account on freeze since my c section is scheduled for later in October and I requested for them to put me on hold and was told a manager would call. It’s been 2 business days since I made this request. Hope that Yvonne or Brenda I think they are the ones who can accommodate putting the account on hold due to pregnancy will call me to confirm either today or tomorrow to reaffirm that I won’t get billed after October for the 3 month hold period.

The experiance was okay but the trying to sell me a membership at the end made my relaxation plummet
