Seems costly.

Just couldn't relax. I think it was more me than my massage therapist.

I really need deep, firm pressure.

Overall I was very satisfied.

I was satisfied but not wowed. Everything was good overall though.

Primarily due to cost of higher level facials, a basic membership facial really does not do anything for me but the I can see a difference with diamond glow, etc.

There was room for improvement in a few areas.

Sorry, the aesthetician was good, but I enjoyed the previous aesthetician better.

Too much time trying to get me to spend more money. Upgrade facial, products, etc.

Appointment was running late to get called back- receptionist only acted on it when I questioned that my appointment was supposed to have started over 10 minutes ago. Lack of communication between therapist and front desk and front desk staff should know when my appointment is scheduled since they check me in and should on their own without my prompting check with therapist to let me know about running behind or how they will make up to me when they run late- bc if I run late they charge me for services and shortchange me but the same isn’t true in reverse situation of staff running behind or not paying attention to me sitting in waiting room beyond my start time of appointment.
