The reception area is very nice. The girl at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The massage itself was good.

I ordered the introductory appointment online. I used a gift card that had the full price on it. When I told the front desk that I ordered the introductory they replied that the card was used for the full amount and that I can still use the introductory at a later date. I hope so I I would have paid cash yesterday and used the card at a later date.

Everyone at the location is doing their job. There isn't anything over the top to qualify as Highly Satisfied. This is not a negative just, they are doing what they need to do.

The price quoted over the phone was not accurate. I Should have paid 69.95 massage and 69.95 facial but I was charged at the rate of 79.95

I would have liked for the massage therapist to check in on pressure more frequently as this is only my third massage in a lifetime.

Ambiance of reception area is relaxing. The staff was friendly. Bathrooms were very nice and clean. Service rooms were very relaxing and nice. I think upgrades are very pricey, but luckily on sale when I went.

This was the first time I was ever at a spa for a massage. I was learning how it all worked, and everyone was learning me. It is not stopping me from coming back to the location at all. I am still learning what I like and don't like.

The therapists was running 15 mins late. The problem was that I did my get these minutes made up. I went in at 11:15 but was dressed and done by noon. I was shortchanged on my visit. The spa did a good job compensating me and fixing this error.

Appointment started late.

Add on's not worth the value. I would rather pay full price with a skin care specialist that actually knows skincare and makes me feel valued. The services are lacking in facial as well as massages.
