Everything is great! Been coming to this establishment for years and will continue.

In your policy you would like your clients to arrive early. I sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. It was not the massage therapist fault. The receptionist should know this and notify clients appointments are running late. My appointment was the last appointment of the evening at 9:00 p.m.. I was not taken back into the room until 9:16.

I showed up early and my appointment was not started on time. I signed up for the monthly membership, but it was not explained to me very well.

I was satisfied. Marcus is amazing. The monthly cost is too high.

I wished a little more time was spent on my back and neck versus the whole body.

No specific reason

Use of hot towels could be better. Really don’t massage feet. Not a full hour by the time we started

I love Marcus’s massages, and he is worth every penny. I was just surprised at checkout that what I had to pay above my monthly fee had gone up.

Website impossible to book 2 account appointments for me & husband at same time & front desk is unreliable doing it. Asked to change cc,told was done and it wasn't.
