Sydney, was very professional and listen to my request. I will continue to request her. I was a little disappointed that one of the deralogcial products was not in stock. I did purchase something else, however will check back to when the toner will be received. Overall I am very pleased

It was very relaxing and I enjoyed my facial.

I have had 3 different massage therapists at this location. My last visit was with a male therapist because that fit my time schedule. I had some trepidation but he was very professional and I had a great massage.

I loved my appt except that the reception music is WAY to loud. The ladies at the front desk are way to loud. It is not confusing to a relaxing and calming mood. Otherwise, perfect.

The staff have been very responsive to any complaints and any requests during all of my visits. The facility is clean and welcoming. The variety of services is good.
