From the time I walk in the door I am treated with excellent customer service. The receptionist is very welcoming and responsive. I wait only a minute or two and then my therapist comes to get me. Very friendly and responsive. Over all a great experience.

The rooms are clean and calming. The bed is always warm. My facial was wonderful and I booked another facial in advance. Isabella is very knowledgeable and recommended a suitable service that would be beneficial to my skin.
