they had bugs in the bed

was not happy with my stay. the elevator was dirty and the staff was not friendly. was given a dirty face cloth and when i as something they didn't seem to care. no breakfast as said in the ad. and the main thing that got me was i am handicapped and the staff was parked in the parking place??
