Room never got warm enough although the thermostat was turned up

The room was great, however, the bed was very uncomfortable. The springs were painful.

Good visit. Hotel needs updated

It was nice. Christmas decorations were pretty and the atmosphere was good. Could have improved the taste of food offered.
