Very clean hotel. Visited a hotel guest so no interaction with the staff. Enjoyed the bar and entertainment.

Beds need to be upgraded. Much better beds at the hilton garden inns.

I enjoyed the entire stay! From the good food,to the nice jacuzzi in the Presidential Siute! It was lovely!

I was visiting family members who were staying there. It looked very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. But that is as far as it goes. The room had a musty odor. The shower leaked water. We had to ask for wash cloths. The coffee condiments were not replaced. We stayed here for 4 nights. A band aid was on the floor near the elevators the whole time. Food in the breakfast buffet was very good, and the service was excellent.
