My only inconvenience was that my room was on the first floor and first room in the hall so we heard people in the lobby all night

Good hotel, but I didn't find it 4 * quality. The tv remote didn't work in the room, nor the phone. Hot tub was also not working.

Weird noises from the air conditioner

The grounds are nice and the facilities were clean. We were there for a conference and had a good experience with the staff. The food and snacks were ok. It is the 4th time we have conferenced here and this was the least impressive dining experience.

Gym has tired equipment and not open early enough. Hotel seems slightly dated. Conference and food facilities high rating except for the dinner (bbq) which was awful.
