not impressed with what you get for what you pay.

Too expensive for the lack of amenities that come complimentary. Also very crowded and over priced. Really just a tourist trap. Nice facilities though and great rooms.

I usually stay at the Outrigger Reef when I come to Honolulu for work, but recently joined HH, and with the construction on site, the lower cost made me give HHV was a try. The staff are all very friendly, but I don't think it's a good fit for business travel--lots of kids (playing with the adjoining room door. . .) and loud bands playing until 10:30pm each night. I also enjoy room service for breakfast, and although I Love the breakfast burritos, Ithe bag delivery just isn't the same. I did really enjoy 6am yoga, that I will miss at the Outrigger.
