Justin Richardson worked up a quote for tires, wheels and a levelling kit for our truck. He knew his products very well. The products came in on Thursday, our appointment was scheduled for Saturday and it was done by close that day. They staff at the Carlsbad location made it easy and I will defiantly be going back to them. The prices are reasonable to what we were looking at online and it was easier for us to have someone do everything for us.

My particular tire order was not ordinary. I wanted a specific size and make of tire two tires. The sizes were different but I knew what I was looking for. Other tire places said they can't do what I needed simply because the sizes didn't match. They didn't trust that I knew what I needed. This location trusted my decision and got me exactly what I wanted. Kelly and they techs were communicative and made my visit as short as possible.
