Long wait

Not that fault just supper bizzy this day

The hours of operation are foggy.... I overheard a sales guy tell a customer to come in at 7:30am on a Saturday to be first in line for servicing at 8am when the mechanics arrive.... Overall happy with service!

The waiting time on tire replacement wasn’t bad they take longer on the oil change I’m sure is way to improve that service other then that was good service

Ordered Big O tires. We’re not in stock but they still gave me BF tires at the same price but not same warranty as the Big O Tires I originally ordered.

Appointment was confirmed but tires weren’t there and had to be ordered and then had to return for 2nd appointment then because of my work schedule wasn’t able to get there until a few days later then I expected to find out my tires were sent back and had to be reordered and had to return for 3rd appointment which is when they were installed

I scheduled an appointment and “ordered” tires online. Upon arriving I found out that the tires I ordered were not in stock. The tires were not a regular stock item either. The online program known a the store I am using. It should be up to date with the availability of products at the specific location. I had to order different tires in person, then come back a few days later to get them installed.

We are satisfied with our visit, we are from out of town ( Missouri) they took care of us in a timely manner with good care. We thank God! We could have been stranded, thank God for providing and good service!

I've come to this location multiple times, and it seems like they're always short handed. Never seem to have enough people for the work they have.

I ordered tires online and when I got there they were not available. Then when we got done and I got paperwork my mileage was not recorded right. The associate at the counter had to mark through the mileage the guy in the bay recorded and put the right mileage on my vehicle. The guy in the bay put i had 53000 something and my car had over 102000. If I would not have caught it my warranty would've o been over with when I drove off. Other than that it was a great experience
