I tried to schedule an appointment, but they wouldn't schedule one. I tried to get tire balancing, but they insisted on replacement instead. I asked for a simple extra, (changing a headlight bulb - I even had the new bulb with me) and they refused.

made an online appointment which was confirmed to be told when I arrived that my tires were not in stock. I would think confirming inventory would be part of confirmation process

The price for a tire was really high compared to other locations. But it's understandable where we are located. In west Texas, especially because of the boom in 2016

When you walk in the door and both reps are on the phone, I didn’t know where a line was or who had been seen...I had to make it clear to a gentleman I had been there before him waiting a good 10–15 minutes. Maybe a number ticket system would alleviate confusion, especially for a woman entering with mostly male customers

Some one will have to go way above and beyond normal service expectations to get a highly satisfied rating
