Big O Tires

None of the employees were wearing masks during the visit. Seems unsafe considering the difficult times we’re in.

It seemed like the building itself was not quite big enough for the volume of traffic, so the wait time was a little long. Other than that, it was a great experience.

I would say the piece to rotate and balance tires seemed high. Also who ever did the service scratched the simulator for the wheel cap. I understand it is plastic but just turn it over the other way.

The Big O tires were supposed to be 32.1” in height. They are actually 31”! I went back, and the manger told me rather rudely, that the advertised height always is shorter after the tire is mounted. I KNOW that isn’t true in my case, because my speedometer is not accurate now.

Cleanliness of the establishment says a lot about the quality of service you can expect.

Have service tech wear gloves. The door panel and steering wheel were very oily and dirty. When my truck was returned

Have more counter representatives

Took to long for an oil change etc.
