When I got there, they just told me to take a seat and they would handle my flat tire. There was no communication on how long or how they would fix it. The wait was almost 3 hours and they never communicated that to me. I had an appointment and they didn't seem to care and prioritized walk-ins that made more money, such as rim purchases. Then when they gave me the car back they didn't even tell me if they patched the tire or put a completely new tire on. Overall for a trusted company like Big O Tires, the service was definitely lacking.

My engine only uses 3.9 quarts but breakdown shows they used 5 quarts of oil. So where was it used?

When I came in both reps were with other customers. Neither one even made eye contact or acknowledged I was there. One agent finished with his customer and then decided to make phone calls to other guests to let them know their tires were in. After his calls he went to the office to confer with another agent and returned to making his phone calls. The agent in the office came out and asked if I'd been helped and when I told him no then he began to take care of my appointment. I'm a frequent customer via Uber in California and expected a better experience in such a small town. Maybe the San Jose locations set the bar too high for this community.

I asked them to put right rear tire as a spare and it wasn't done. I didn't noticed it until. I got home, by then it was to late to call.

People were good, products were good too, it took way longer than expected. I understand it was busy but a lot more vehicles came out faster than mine

Manager needs to learn how to lead and manage. Managers overall attitude is poor, won’t even make eye contact and acts unhappy. Call the customer when vehicle is ready, I shouldn’t have to call to confirm. Took way too long to resolve the issue they created while working on my truck.

Make sure that associates are able to use the system correctly. Associate was aware that I purchased tires from Big O but still tried to charge me for a rotation. Also alignment wasn't fixed. I got halfway down road and steering was pulling to the right

I checked online and I found the tire brand I wanted, so I made an appt, but when I arrived store and found out that store didn't have what I wanted so suggested me to get cheaper brand for more price. After got the tires replaced, employee left the dirty hands on my door, chair and etc. Employee didn't even bother put the spare tire back to it's proper place which is under trunk so instead he left it in the trunk instead and left the mess. Very dissatisfied experience for me.
