Big O Tires

4 hrs for a tire rotation and oil change. Why bother with scheduling a time at all.

You could use techs that know what they are doing. These guys were new and apparently needed some supervision of someone to QA/QC their work.

Fix what you were supposed to. Tried to have me get work done that was not needed. Took to another mechanic and was told it was not needed.

Call me if you want the details. But Anthony was much more interested in telling how I need to manage my people and my business than attempting to make me happy as a customer.

Made an appointment, got a confirmation email, never heard another word from you. Called 4 times and it rang for 2 minutes and 10 seconds the a machine told me no one was there to answer now. Great business strategy. You lost mine, my companies, family and friends. Plus anyone who follows me online.

Complete work in time frame given and to be completed properly

My tire size was not available, was told they would compasate for the problem. Was charged over 300 more compared to the tires I scheduled to install.

i told them not to roll the window up or down, it was broken. they did it anyway, breaking the window regulator and deforming the window gasket. they didn't mention they did this, instead forced the window up, wedging it out of place. i would have had the window repaired after having my tires installed, had it not taken over 3 hours to install 2 tires. i was told the tires i bought were $109 each, yet two cost over $330. additionally, i wanted to buy after market wheels. they said i needed 8 inch, when the dealer says 6.5 inch wide wheels. i will buy them elsewhere.

I brought 4 rims for tires to be dismounted and new tires mounted. Arrived @12:30. I left the facility at 5:30...very unpleasant service. And yes i will not be back.
