Warranty replacement was quick and friendly. I feel that the staff was exceptionally friendly but didn't go overboard. All in all a very pleasant experience.

I needed new tires on my Nissan Titan and I wanted good customer service when I move to Colorado in a couple of months. I know the good reputation of Big O Tires so I went to the Carlsbad Tire Service Center. I was immediately welcomed and asked what type of service I needed, the Service Technician went directly to my truck, examined the tires, stated he had new replacement tires in the truck tire size, stated the total cost and a wait time of 2 hours. In just over two hours the Service Tech told me my truck was ready, the amount charged was exactly what he had told me and he brought me my truck keys. That was fantastic service! On-time, price as quoted and friendly, professional staff. Thank you Big O Tires! I'll definitely be back!

They are always so friendly and able to get our vehicles in and out quickly, the staff are super friendly and always able to answer any questions or concerns that we have. Especially being from out of town, it was scary going to a place I didn’t know the reputation but they were and always are extremely helpful to us every time we have had to come in!

I was promptly greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. The prices on the tires were explained and was not pressured into buying the tires. I had errands to run, so when the work was finished, I received a call to pick up my vehicle when I was ready. I was very satisfied.

I love the location and new competitor to the market in Carlsbad, NM. This will be my go-to location for all of my needs. I will say there is plenty of runway for hiring more employees to meet demand, this location is always busy and there is plenty of growth available in the area.
