Great experience

Hotel is very nice inside. Location is great. Service at the bar and restaurant not so good. Long waits, under staffed, manager watched employees struggle and guests get mad and did not offer to help at all at each location in both nights we visited. Food is excellent but we waited 45 mins for to go dessert even when the restaurant wasn't busy.

Too expensive & did not include wifi, refrigerator or microwave. It was nice to be connected to the convention center & did not have to go outside in bad weather.
