The place was extremely clean. Just had a very good "homey" feel too it. Very inviting

Was looking forward to using the pool and whirlpool but both were dirty :(

Front desk clerk was the rudest person I have EVER met. Her name was Angie Horton. Also, after waiting 40 minutes to get a room because she wouldn't let us check in We finally get to our room and found someone else's Bobby pins on the floor. So that tells me that that room was probably not even vacuumed because housekeeping would've known if they vacuumed them up.

Service desk clerk was incredibly rude and inconsiderate. There was someone else's hair stuff on the floor of the room. It was extremely frustrating trying to check in the room, nothing but problems!
