Nicer hotel in Branson

Terrible parking but otherwise a good stay

Rooms were clean and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great overall experience.

The service in restaurant was horrible sit for a long time with no service, they have no air conditioner in elevator very hot. No kiosk to get small items. Need to be more current with service like having a kiosk. Wi if. Room service at all hours not just breakfast .room was nice but air conditioner loud ,need to update

Great rooms, great staff besides breakfast staff. Our breakfast vouchers were not given to us upon check-in. Instead of being asked for our vouchers when we arrived at breakfast 3 employees just stood there and chatted amongst themselves and we overheard then asking if " We knew what we were doing and if we even belonged." We got seated and someone approached us and asked us for our vouchers, I asked what vouchers and that's when the lady had talked down to me "telling me the only breakfast included was continental and that meant cold breakfast not the hot." We told her we were informed we were to have breakfast included and she said she'd have to check on that. We didn't eat our food and waited, she came back and said eat our food it was taken care of. After that we asked if it were truly okay and if we should be eating and she looked at me rudely and told me that we "belonged". We ate our food and promptly left. Besides that all the other staff were friendly especially the lady running the bar by herself with a lot of customers. Polite friendly and quick!

Housekeeping was top notch. Wifi service was disappointing, needs improvement

Wasn't what was online so that was discouraging.

It was a nice place to stay clean and convenient. Only weird thing was no fan in the bathroom so the mirror always had to fog over!
