ambiance was little dark, more light would have been better

The clerks are always talking to each other or playing on their cell phone. Waiting on customers out of turn and not to polite overall. Customer service is a must at this location and clerks need to be more attentive to their surroundings. I watched a guy trying to steal a gallon of washer fluid at the pumps. I stopped him but when I informed the clerk he didn't respond or even acknowledge that I was speaking to him.

Some of the employees were rude.

The price of gas is just high right now. Not necessarily something you have much control over.

I never win anything

Attendant was on his cell phone, but he was still courteous and helpful.

I was greeted well. There were no other guests in the store. The only problem I had was that the lottery machine did not read my ticket properly even though it was filled in properly.

the ambience was good i was satisfied but i believe there should be more than one person to assist customers when they enter

The attendant and I had a lovely conversation, The cigarettes are the cheapest in town at Murphys. No matter when I arrive, the staff is always great for a conversation.

I know it cant be done all the time but the area in front of the drink dispenser was a little bit sticky and i picked up a straw that was laying on the ground. There isn't a big variety of bottled drinks.
