took attendant to long to get in booth
By Carolyn N. | 9/28/2016
I am over 50 years old and the attendant routinely inconveniences me and invades my privacy by requiring my identification. If this was the first or second time, I would understand. However, this particular attendant regularly asks for my identification, though none of the other attendants ever have asked me more than once because they recognize me as a very frequent customer. There is no way that I could be perceived as possibly under 35. I am obviously at least twice the legal age to purchase tobacco products. In the future, I will not visit this store during the daytime.

the sign advertised gas at 2.119 the pumps were charging 2.239 had I known it was this price I would have bought gas at the shell for 2.199 just across the road when I ask about the difference I was told oh the sign is broken broken or not i fell i should have paid 2.119 instead of 2.239

I was very satisfied. I have never had any problems at the Murphy USA.

When I arrived to get gas, no one told me the station was about to close. No one said the pumps automatically turn off at a certain time. No one stuck their head out the door and said, the pumps will shut off at a certain time. I was pumping gas and hadn't really got started good a d the pump just got really slow, then slower by the second. I feel it was very rude for the attendant not to let me know. When the pump was so slow it was taking for ever, I finally stopped, got my receipt and went to the window. I said did you just turn that pump off on me? The guy said they turn off automatically. We'll that was a fine time to make me aware of it. I pumped $16.22 and had at least $12 or more left.
