Murphy USA

The pump did not accept my Walmart gift card for payment; I had to use my Visa credit card - which I am trying NOT to use at this time. AND I wasn't able to save the $.03 per gallon either! :-( Do I have to get a MurphyUSA credit card to get gas at all MurphyUSA gas at Walmarts? I do travel quite a bit and try to stop mostly at the MurphyUSA for my gas refills.

Used a Walmart credit card, didn't get my discount.

The attendant on duty is rude and has a smart mouth. Their name was Matthew David. I made a comment "great I got behind someone that is going to take forever" he in turn says "I hope they do take forever." To me that was not called for. I would never say anything like that to a customer.

Upon returning the hand pump to the tank I noticed a gal smoking on the lot about 20 feet away. I walked briskly over to her to inform her we were on a gas filling lot and that she should not be smoking. Her response I know I work here. Excuse me you should be over further away at which point she just went around the corner four feet still within the same distance of any fumes. I entered the kiosk to learn her name was Stephanie and another person who spoke with me would take care of letting her know. I think this whole experience is unforgivable if she smokes she needs to get herself way off the property and I mentioned to her do you want us all to go up in flames? Also that she's an employee is disgusting that she consumes to smoke on the property

I would have purchased more items like gas and candy if the restroom was opened. When you have a restroom available it should be in working order or at least a sign on the door with out of order. If i would have seen the sign I would have gone to rac trac down the rd.

I go to your store about two to three times a week to purchase cigarettes mostly the cashiers are very nice and attentive... However the is a newer employee he's been ther several months he does not acknowledge me when I come in the store he just stares at you then I tell him what I want he then messes with his cell phone clears his phone then goes to get what I asked for and before he even rings them up he messes with his cell phone again then gives me the total I usually pay with a debit card when it goes through he pushes my items toward me for me to take them this whole time he doesn't even look up from his phone no thank you, have a nice day nothing very rude!!!!!

I was very satisfied with my visit at Murphy's . I shop at the Walmart there and buy all my Gas and Diesel Fuel there.

The posted price of fuel was 161.9 per gallon. My receipt has me being charged 168.9 per gallon. There was no sign saying a cash price difference. I feel I have been ripped off by you.
