You have friendly staff(women) especially the young African-american attendant she greets you as soon as you enter with a genuine smile, helpful & knowledgeable about products, even offering products I might otherwise have forgotten. The guy on the other hand doesn't even greet ppl, hair always unkempt&looks scary.
