I pumped 13.104 Gl of fuel/charged 1.979 per Gl using my Debit Card I use every time I fill at your pumps because of price. My Bank shows a 1.00 charge added to my account from Murphy USA that I was NOT AWARE OF AT TIME. Nor did I NOTICE a SIGN stating the use of my Debit Card would Cost me a 1.00. (Increasing the cost of fuel purchased to the same amount as down the road.) I went back over my purchases with you to 2014 and I have NEVER been charged this before. I fill up 3 Vehicles at your station per week. As of this moment this practice will stop from my family. I am also posting to Facebook. When you advertise the price on your sign, that SHOULD BE the price paid. The use of my card is a convenience for you and me. I do not have to interrupt your agent inside your premises, and I can get in and out quickly. If I am NOT saving any money I will NO LONGER USE YOUR PRODUCT WITH A HIDDEN COST. I DO NOT KNOW WHEN YOU STARTED THIS PRACTICE BUT iWILL QUESTION THE STATE OF MS. AS TO PRICING IN ADS ALONG HWYS AND COST ADD TO DEBIT CARDS OF HIDDEN FEES.

It is hard to navigate the parking lot.

It seemed like regular customer service. Nothing over the top. Just regular.

The pump nozzle would not work. It was as if my tank was full it would not pump any fuel into the tank. The attendant said it had been worked on and it needed parts for a permanent fix but thought it was temporarily fixed but it wasn't. Had to move to another pump.

because we paid at the pump it was just a quick stop so we did not really check out the services

The attendant was very polite. However, she had several friends or admirers hanging out in the store. As a previous supervisor for a convenience store chain, I personally don't condone visitors at work. However, to me, this instance was particularly annoying due to the very limited floor space of the building.

Very fast getting in and out!

Customers not purchasing fuel but going inside always park in the worst place. They block people and sometimes hard to drive around them.
