I needed cartons of cigarettes and the lady was over talking me!! She said they didn’t have the kind I needed, but I could see them! I tried to tell her where they were and she would still over talk me!! I threw my hands up in frustration because she wasent listening! She asked in a snobby attitude what that was for so I told her! She said ok and continued to be hateful thru the rest of my visit!! With a very bad attitude!! I have never had that problem at Speedway!! They will receive my business from now on!!

The attendant, Ms Cheryl Annette chose to ATTACK ME. She is OVERWHELMED BY THE 5:00 p.m. rush period. SHE DIDN'T SEE ME. She was too perplexed as to why her pushing debit on a credit card would not work so she was frustrated by the customer in front of me. I stepped over to see if you had my Newport Platinums in 100's. Everybody saw me but the clerk. As the other customer was turning to get another card, I stepped up with a smile on my face, because I felt good. She changed all that when SHE ATTACKED ME IN FRONT OF EVERYBODY(10). We were all mortified at her behavior. I told her to forget my order, but she demanded I order since I had been standing there. So with tears streaming down my face I gave her my order. When I came outside I did what I'm educated to do. I gave a dire warning to all those in the lot to not go inside. Seven people who came out behind me were also talking about it. I am a Marketer. This is a dangerous attendant. It is not the first time she attacked me, and it won't be the last. I HAVE PTSD, SO MS CHERYL ANNETTE BETTER BEWARE TO NOT TRIGGER ME, BECAUSE I ASSURE YOU IT WILL NOT BE A PRETTY SIGHT!

When I first went into the store the line was almost at the door because there was only one register going. The lady clerk was on the phone walking out the door. She finally returned and when I went to her and told her that I wanted gas on pump 9. She rang me up, but when I got to the pump she had put me on the wrong pump. I had to got back in and she wasn't at her register again. I had to go to the man, she came up and told me that her brain was fried today and the man told her to go and do what she had to do. I don't know her problem today but if she had a personal problem she should have called out of work. People don't want to have to stand in line for 20 minutes and then have their gas put on the wrong pump.

They are constantly out of my cigarettes. The associate was very nice, but I cannot continue to shop here because of them not having my cigarettes.
