Drink area was in a mess.Trash cans were full and cashier not very friendly at all.

We just needed gas. It was in and out. Got what we needed. We were satisfied overall

I had to wait for a pump and when I got there it did not work and there was no sign. I had to wait at another pump for several minutes.

A very minor problem. My only purchase was a large coffee. I used the dispenser for, what was marked as, half n half. It turned out to be French vanilla. I don't care for fv but Murphy's coffee tastes good enough to overlook the mistake. I still enjoyed the cup.

The tap for Diet Dr Pepper was out of syrup, delivering just carbonated water. Attendant said "yeah, we been out", and moved along her way. No effort to fix it or to tag the tap as out of order, not to mention the lousy communication skills.

I like the fact that Express is 1 mile from my home. It's fairly easy to get in but hard to get out, because it's located on a major road. But while you're there everything is pretty nice and affordable .

It was fine; there was just nothing exceptional to rate as Highly Satisfied. Nothing stood out different from other gas stations.
