Usually I just get a hello at the window and nothing else. I had a bad day that day, and as soon as I went to pay...your casher Don Earl said hello, acknowledged my sports team hat and struck up a conversation about it. He was professional, and got me to smile, and made me kinda forget my bad day for a while. So, just wanted to say that you have a great employee in him. Thanks for listening.
