The cashier was very unfriendly-- never spoke to me, never smiled, just handed me my receipt without a word. The cashier's name is Gregory which is printed on my receipt. I go to this Murphy's exclusively, and I would like to be treated with some respect as a customer.

It was close by.

Everytime I go to this Murphy's to get gas, this particular attendant is down right unfriendly. The person's name on the receipt is Kenni Lakin, and she never smiles, never greets you, and never thanks you. She just glumly hands me my receipt each time. The other attendants don't act that way, just this particular one. I decided that this time, I would take the survey and express my opinion. How about asking her to show a little friendliness? It really ticks me off after I work all day and stop in, and she acts this way every single time.

When I arrived there was one gentleman in front of me. The attendant was on the telephone. The gentleman in front of me did not have enough money to pay for his gas. The attendant took down his info and he left. she was on the telephone relaying what had happened to someone. Meanwhile, the line behind me increasingly grew and grew til there were 9 people behind me. She did not apologize, she did not offer to help me. Instead I interrupted her phone call and told her what I needed. she stayed on the phone the whole time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

A necessary evil

I purchased gas and cigarettes at Murphy's since I had been shopping at Walmart and when I decided to leave the low fuel light came on. I went to the counter and paid but found the female attendant not to be friendly or courteous. She took my money but didn't even bother to say Thank you, come again or anything else.
