The design of the attendant window makes it hard to hear the cashier unless you bend over and almost stick your head inside. I cant bend over due to back problems. I think you should install a vent or something a bit higher on the glass so that we can hear and be heard.

Tried to,play the lotteryat the fuel pump and it said I put my birthday in wrong and did not give me the option to fix it

Look a couple of questions ago. It was the sun in the PM on the screens of the exposed west facing pumps. It doesn't have to be like that. I am not suggesting that you move the sun. Just put a sunscreen at an appropriate height and angle to assist customers. It is just plain crazy for a customer to guess at what the screen is showing when anybody with a smidgen of imagination could figure out a workable solution in two or three days of viewing the problem.
