PUMP DID NOT SHUT OFF WHEN TANK WAS FULL-GAS SPILLED ON GROUND

I go to purchase my cigarettes at Murphy's but there is one attendent that I always seem to catch on duty at the times of my visits. She is slow and incompetent. When I walk up and see she is working I regret I don't have a pencil in my pocket because I would rather gauge my eye out than have to deal with her. She never understands what brand of cigarettes I am requesting and or can never find the right cartons. Instead she tries to get me to purchase alternate cigarettes because it takes her 10 minutes to find the type and brand I'm requesting. The line is always long because she takes 5-10 minutes with each customers due to her incompetentcy. It truly is an exasperating experience to simply purchase a carton of cigarettes when she is working.

Attendant was too busy putting on lotion and totally inattentive when I went to find out why the pump price was different than the price on the sign

being asked over intercom card or cash there are too many bums begging for cash & its no ones business. there could be someone off by the dumpster and if they hear I'm paying cash I could get mugged. this is a huge safety issue and it must be addressed before I return

they cant seem to order my liggets in soft pack or they never have enough,i spend over 400 a month there the least id think you could do is order me enough

I went to get gas and buy my tobacco products. I was able to get my gas with no problems, but my brands of tobacco for me and my wife were out. I was informed it would be three days before the next shipment of tobacco comes in. I had to go elsewhere to make my tobacco purchase which was an inconvenience and much more costly.
