Went in to buy lottery tickets.There was only one person behind the counter tending to customers.Another one was sitting on the floor. the other looked like he was stocking cigarettes..There was six of us waiting to get waited One person just walked out.It was taking to long to get what you wanted.

No receipt paper at pump. This happens a lot, I always have to go in and wait in line just to get a receipt. Today, there were 12 customers already in line and was backed up to door. Was still backed up to door when I finally got my receipt. Only 1 cashier was working.

Pump takes 2 to 3 times longer than other locations in town.

My receipt did not print at the pump. This occurs nearly every time I visit this station. It is very frustrating.

16 people in line to checkout and asst. mgr. on cell phone in corner not even looking to see if the cashier needed any help

Went inside to pay and the sales person took forever to ring up the customer in front of me. When it was my turn she did not greet me and handed my receipt with attitude. I went outside to pump and it would not work even though I prepaid. Pressed the handicap button and noone came and I stood there for five minutes and so I went inside and stressed what was wrong they made me go to another pump because that one wasn't working. There was no sign to indicate that it was not.

On your pump, it says Murphy USA, which takes Walmart cards, but the woman inside assured me that this was a Murphy Express and that the gift cards wouldn't work, rather rudely.

This in Not the first time this has happened?? 1 attendent running the store Alone. I was wating in two lines stacked on 1, Employe for about 15 minutes to purches 1 item. I dont know if some one was on break in the back ?But if the lines get to long they should call for help!! all the time my 13 year old daughter was in the truck waiting for me?? I promised her i would be in and out I should have Just Left ...Ricky OConnor 229-740-0574

I asked the clerk a simple question about the pump's operation and her response was very curt. She did not greet me when my turn came at the register. I noticed that she was very curt and short answered to black customers but nice to white customers. The clerk was white. I have shopped at this location for many years and have never experienced this level of service.
