You are 21 cents higher than anyone in the area, at 2.46 even with my 5 cents off per gal. Your Effingham location was 2.29, Shell in Trenton was 2.25. You are price gouging.

I inquired about this month's fuel discount promotions and the attendant didn't fully know the promotions of the month, other than the 15 cent discount promotion. In my past experiences with other Murphy USA locations, there have been 5 cent, 10 cent and 15 cent fuel discount promotions at each location. The attendant's lack of knowledge in regards to all of the promotions just isn't acceptable - they should know firsthand of ALL fuel discount promotions for each promotional month.

I have two small babies so when I get fuel I like to pay at the pump so I do not have to leave them unattended in the car. The "pay at pump" card slot was not working so I had to take my card to the attendant who didn't know what the problem was and eventually rang my fuel up at the register. This all being done while I dragged 2 infants out of the car in car seats in the cold so i did not have to leave them out of site considering the gastation is located right off an interstate.

Attendant on duty was away from where she could see her line of customers. She was on the opposite side of the store talking to her friends, who didn't buy anything, instead of checking out the four people in line waiting. I was first in line and waited exactly 9 minutes before another customer went and told the lady she needed to do her job. I own and operate a local appliance business and use this location to buy fuel for our fleet of delivery and store trucks. I will NOT be using Murphy anymore if this is what is expected on our visits. This isn't the first time that I've been dissatisfied with service from this location but this was the last straw! We spend anywhere from $300-$500 a week to keep our trucks fueled up, I guess the local Fast Stop will get this business now.
