The credit card function has not worked outside for weeks! There was only one attendant there were about 10 lined up to get service. This is unacceptable!

There are 2 prices listed when you start. I used the Walmart Credit Card and was charged the HIGHER price all the time. I am supposed to get $.05 off per gallon, but got $.03. What's up?

We are new to Murphy Gas. We saw advertised at the pumps that we could save 10 cents a gallon by buying 3 water or other drinks. When the line got cleared and it was my turn at the register, the attendant, nor the person in charge could help me understand the procedure of how we do the drink purchase, fill with gas and use our charge card at the pump,... etc, to save the 10 cents.....maybe you could send an explanation to me. Thank you!

It said right on the pump if you're a Walmart customer using a Walmart Credit card you get 3 Cents off per gallon and I didn't get that off and I used my Walmart Credit card. Says it right on my receipt and there is no 3 cents discount per gallon.

I SPEND $350 TO $400 A MONTH AT THAT STORE. I BUY LOTTERY TICKETS EVERY MORNING. SHE TOLD ME SHE COULD NOT CASH MY TICKET. IT WAS FOR $126.50 AND I WAS GOING TO BUY $26 WORTH OF TICKETS. I KNOW SHE COULD HAVE PAID ME. THERE IS A POSTAL WORKER THAT SPENDS 100'S OF DOLLARS EVERY MORNING AND SHE GETS PAID. A WHILE BACK THEY WOULD REFUSE TO DO THE TICKET IF THE MACHINE WOULD NOT TAKE IT . THE TICKET CAME FROM YOUR MACHINE,YOU SHOULD PAY WITHIN REASON!!! THE ATTENDANT WAS BLACK AND SPOKE BROKEN ENGLISH AND I AM NOT PROFILING. I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT THAT STORE ,UNLESS THIS PROBLEM IS SOLVED. I WILL ALSO LET IT BE KNOWN TO OTHERS!!!

There was nothing available to wash the windshield.

Gas price was higher than all other gas stations in town.

I was filling up my motorcycle and the pump did not shut off. Gasoline spilled all over my bike and the ground, fortunately not on me. I cleaned it off the best I could with a paper towel and soapy water from the windshield washer reservoir at the pump. I went inside and told the attendant, but could not wait around to see if they came out to do something about it. The ground was very slippery and I had to pull up to the next pump to clean off the bottom of my boots because I was afraid I would slip. My bike smelled like gas on my whole ride. These are brand new pumps. I hope something gets done about it before someone gets gas on their person. Pump #9.

the attendant did not care or listen to my problem with te credit card reader at the pump he totally ignore me.

According to the pump, I was to receive a 3 cent discount for using my WalMart credit card. When I selected my grade of gas, the digital readout showed 2.169 for WalMart credit card or WalMart shopping card and 2.199 for all others. When I told the attendant that I had used my WalMart credit card and had been charged 2.19 she said that the discount was for gift cards only. I told her the pump said WalMart credit card also, but she just kept repeating that this was only for gift cards. If that is the case, then you or they should change the pump. I feel like I was ripped off.
