Every morning i come there your cashier Kim is very rude an i believe she is raises because every time i ask her for something she vets loud an its embarrassing in front of customers. I enjoy every one else that works there they are very helpful but her she is just rude

This location CONSTANTLY has panhandlers begging for money, cigarettes etc. NO other gas station in this town has this problem!! Due to this I usually go to the other stations to avoid the panhandlers that are ALWAYS at your station. This time I went to buy gas, drinks and lottery tickets but left with just the lottery tickets, skipping the gas and drink purchase when your panhandler called me a "Dam liar!" when I told him I did't have spare change he asked for. This station has has panhandlers since the day it opened and it's the ONLY business in town that has them!! Your loss, I bought my gas and drinks at the Shell station instead to get away from your panhandler...

I have been there SEVERAL TIMES.and EVERYTIME I go the pumps ALWAYS take some cents off,1st I buy EXPENSIVE 3 sodas for$4.25 and pay for 15gallons,I only get 14.93 n gas or in other occasional if not that,then it starts cents later instead of 0.00// that is CHEATING the customer. I have a Shell gas card but it convenient to go by my job. It's time 2 let Murphy oil go,I had planning on getting a Visa card for gas,etc... this isn't Fair to consumers. Don't know if you know about this

Took me also 30 mins to pump 20 dollars worth of gas. The cashier just stood at the window eating him and some other cashier. When they could of been changing a filter. My receipt didn't print so I had to take my child out of the car in this bad weather just to get a receipt smh. There was also a rude lady no in uniform behind the counter with smart remarks. Bad service!!!

1st of all we have absolutely NO PROBLEM w/ the staff, because they are absolutely wonderful to us each & every time we patronize your facility. David, Grant, Traci, Elizabeth, Jacob and 1 other female cashier who's name I can't remember are some of the NICEST, BEST. POLITEST, FRIENDLIEST, etc. staff members of any business we have EVER encountered or visited! We brag about them all the time! The problem that I have is w/ Pin. And this issue has happened on a couple of occasions, but we didn't say anything before. This time was different! I paid for quite a few scratch-off, as we often do. When I returned to redeem them I asked for the tickets back because we are allowed to enter the winning tickets into a 2nd chance drawing. Pin, had the nerve to refuse. WE PURCHASED "THE TICKETS" W/ "OUR MONEY" SO SHE HAS NO AUTHORITY TO DICTATE OUR PURCHASES AND WHERE THEY GO! If we want them returned to us what say does she have?!?! NONE, because they are ours! EVERYONE in this store returns our tickets EXCEPT her! We have NEVER had any problems w/ other stores returning our tickets! This needs to be resolved w/ her because she doesn't own our tickets!
