Price of fuel is best around that area, location is always clean.

Most always, this location has the best gas prices in my area. I've checked online prices and this location USUALLY has everyone beat. The H-E-B location at Grissom Rd/Tezel Rd is usually also very competitive and is in close proximity to this Murphy's location. I try to refuel at this Murphy's location whenever I'm in the area.
