I just filled up with gas. There is nothing highly satisfying about that.

I'm not ever "highly" satisfied with gas station visits... I just pumped gas and bought some snacks. Nothing extraordinary happened.

Highly satisfied would entail going above and beyond. Also the guy told me to take the survey but put the sticker with the URL for the survey over the code. I had to hold it to a light and use a magnifying glass in order to try to guess the code. I got it correct the second time.

The price of gas and it being near my home.

I usually try not to shop at Walmart and Murphy is associated with this store. That's not saying I don't ever shop there but I try not to. This is the only reason why I did not pick highly satisfied. If it were not for this reason, I would get gas at Murphy's more often. Murphy's is usually very competitive with HEB.

There were two 18 wheelers trying to use the diesel pumps. There wasn't enough room for the 18 wheeler to fit under the covered gas lane to fuel up. The other half of the trailer was sticking out and blocking the lanes to exit. There should be signs posted to direct those vehicles to opposite side to fuel up. Luckly the where open gas lanes that I could drive through to exit.

Nothing spectacular about getting gas. As indicated, overall experience very satisfied.

Had to ask for my receipt twice. In my opinion employees should be obligated to offer it with every transaction
